Welcome to AAA Carolinas Huntersville!

AAA Carolinas was founded in 1922 by Coleman W Roberts. We are an autonomous, not-for-profit organization based in Charlotte, North Carolina. With more than 1.9 million members throughout the Carolinas, we are one of the largest and fastest-growing clubs.

Our Huntersville branch in the Northcross Shopping Center offers a full suite of services, ranging from travel planning services to insurance sales to automotive repair.

The travel experts at AAA Carolinas are standing by to help you find the ultimate vacation packages for your time and your budget. Whether you want to travel by land, sea, or air, AAA can help with all-inclusive vacation packages and deals, Member discounts, and free trip planning tools. Start planning your trip in the United States, Mexico, Europe, Asia, or the Caribbean. You focus on the fun and we’ll focus on the details.

In addition to offering AAA Member discounts and additional coverage, AAA Insurance provides what really matters: total peace of mind. When it comes to your protection, AAA Insurance is proud of our concierge claims service. With same-day service, a 24-hour claims hotline, and agents that are located right here in the Carolinas, we’re here when you need us the most.

From emergency roadside assistance to car maintenance and repair, from car buying to car rentals, AAA Members get exclusive benefits and discounts for all things automotive.

In 2004, AAA Carolinas created TowMark, a AAA-owned towing company designed to provide even quicker, higher-quality roadside assistance. Our fleet of tow trucks and committed employees provide the best roadside service available.

AAA Carolinas has a two-fold purpose:

  1. To meet the needs of our members through services such as Emergency Roadside Assistance, Travel Planning and other direct benefits.
  2. To work for the improvement of motoring and travel conditions, especially in the fields of legislation, highways and taxation, and highway safety.
